CHOOSING A PACKAGE

To make things simpler, your program will be structured around 5 key packages. The training techniques used and progress seen will be dependant on the package or package combination chosen and agreed by you and your trainer. Below is a brief description of what each key package involves.

South Wales Personal Trainer
           BEGINNER

 

This package is ideal for someone who is totally new to exercise in general (or someone who has been inactive for a very long period).  The program, pace and intensity will depend greatly on your current health and body condition but will involve a combination of exercises to gradually introduce you to a fitter and healthier you.

Cardiff Personal Trainer
           FAT LOSS

As the name suggests, this package is the one designed for someone with pounds to lose.  This is also a good choice for someone wishing to increase their overall cardiovascular fitness. It can be fast paced and you can get sweaty but the program designed will have the desired effect.  This is a very popular package.

South Wales Personal Trainer
           CORE

 

The focus for this package is core strength and stability.  This package is very rarely needed on its own and is usually combined with another - fat loss and muscle tone are the usual sidekicks to the core package. A useful package for people who are sat for long periods during the day.

Cardiff Personal Trainer
           MUSCLE TONE

 

This package is a favourite of trainers.  It will involve a program that's designed to show your body's natural shape by enhancing the look and feel of the muscles.  This is a fun package with a wide range of exercises and useful for subtle changes in body shape.
