About Us

A New Leaf Personal Training offers personal training in Cardiff and the South Wales area. We pride ourselves in finding creative solutions to your fitness needs, time available and budget.

             ONE on ONE

 

This is the most popular.  

 

At home - the training takes place in the comfort and convienience of your own home at a time that is suitable for you.  The variety and types of exercises that can be done at home allows this option to be open to many individuals of all ages and abilities.   

 

Outside- sessions can take place at parks, beaches or any large spaced area.  They are different and a fun change to being indoors.

            GROUP TRAINING

 

Got a friend or partner you want to work out with?  Group training is great if you want the support of someone else while you train.  It often makes the workouts more fun and can motivate you even more.  It will also bring down the cost so is a good way to work on your fitness goals on a budget.

At home - this is ideally suited to a pair of individuals and you will need to ensure you have enough space for both of you to workout.  

 

Outside - parks and beaches are great places to workout.  If a small group of you would like to workout together let us know - we'll see what we do.

            GYM TRAINING

 

If you want more sessions in a gym then let us know and we will arrange a convienient place.
